A common question we get is "How do I adjust my AFCO shocks". Our shocks do not come pre-set from the factory. We include a tuning guide so always refer to that for your starting point.

Let's start with our coil-over shocks.

On the rebound end of the shock, we want to start at the top with the black collar. You want to go all the way clockwise until you hit the stop, then count your clicks counter-clockwise until you get to your starting point.

On the compression end, it's the same situation. Turn the adjuster all the way clockwise, then count your clicks counter-clockwise until you get to your starting point.

Stock Mount Style Shock

If you have a stock mount style shock, it's the same situation. The stud comes up through the chassis and we want to turn the adjuster all the way clockwise, then count our clicks counter-clockwise until you get to your starting spot. Do that with the other shock and you're ready to make some starting runs.
